Register and log in on your computer or mobile device to access all your pet care and home care instructions. To get started with your new Online Pet Portal:
1. Click the "Register Here" link. Enter your email address and click "Register". An email will be sent to you containing a link to enable you to continue with your registration.
2. Once you create your own password, you can click the "Complete Registration" button on the screen, you will be taken to the "Your Data" section of your new Pet Portal, where you can input further info about yourself, and details about your pet(s).
3. Upload a clear photo of each of your pets for identification purposes.
4. Request an upcoming service by clicking the green Request Service button. Add any questions, comments or concerns to your booking request in the Notes section.
5. You'll receive a confirmation invoice when services have been schedule.
6. Pay for your services in advance, and that's it! Your pet's PAWcation awaits! :)
Down Loads You May Need:
CANCELLATIONS will be honored up to 3-days (72-hours) in advance of the first scheduled visit, and 10-days in advance of any Premium Holiday time frame, after which visits are non-cancellable. All credit card fees and holiday fees are non-refundable. Any paid balances existing after applicable fees will remain on your account as a credit, valid for 1 year. Early returns are also subject to the same service cancellation rules without a 72-hour notice. We have often turned down other business based on your reservation.
